Notice of Annual General Meeting
27 July 2023 at 8.00pm

Notice is hereby given that the 9th Annual General Meeting of Bromley Rugby Football Club Limited is to be held at Bromley Rugby Football Club, Barnet Wood Road, Bromley on 27 July 2023 at 8.00pm for the purposes set out below.

1. To receive a report from the Board of the activities of the Club.
2. To elect the President, Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, and other directors to be appointed in accordance with the Articles of Bromley Rugby Football Club Limited. Those retiring and standing for re-election are:
   President: Glen Ralph
   • Chairman: Nigel Wilson
   • Treasurer: Alex Formoy
   • Secretary: Richard Churchman
   • Director: Helen Oakley
   • Director: Kevin Holland
   • Glen Ralph is a director standing for the first time.

   3. To announce the appointment of the Executive Committee members in accordance with the Articles and Rules of Bromley Rugby Football Club as follows:
   • President: Glen Ralph
   • Chairman: Nigel Wilson
   • Treasurer: Alex Formoy
   • Secretary: Richard Churchman
   • Head of Senior Rugby: Ben Bromage
   • Head of Academy: Simon Carn
   • Head of Youth Rugby: Andy Evered
   • Head of Minis Rugby: Jono Lawrence
   • Head of Girls Rugby: Ross Castell
   • Grounds secretary: Nigel Gallagher
   • Membership secretary: Neil Harris
   • Club Safeguarding officer/Head of Wellbeing: Neil Kember
   • Commercial Director: Kevin Holland
   • Head of Marketing & Communications: Tony Rolfe

   4. To receive from the Board accounts for Bromley Rugby Football Club Limited for the year ended 31 May 2023 and Honorary Treasurer’s report as to the financial position of the Club.

   5. To transact any other business that may be brought before including without limitation the appointment of Vice Presidents.

Any amendments to the resolutions must be received by the Honorary Secretary in writing from a member not less than 48 hours before the Annual General Meeting.
